If you do chair yoga/under 18 years old/very limited mobility, this class is NOT for you. I am newly graduated and I am providing Karma Yoga to gain teaching hours.

Essentials to bring:

• Yoga mat

• 2 Blocks

• 1 Strap

• Small blanket (to protect your knees and for savasana)

• Water/fluids
