About Phoenix Rising
Welcome to Phoenix Rising, where I believe in the transformative power of yoga and mindfulness. My name is Rachel and I am dedicated to creating a nurturing space for you to explore the mind-body connection and stress reduction.
Are you aware that while you go about your day, your body is in a yoga pose? (Sitting, standing, laying, reaching, bending etc). Bad posture causes strain on your body leading to discomfort, misalignment, injury.
When you attend Mobility Flow, you are making the conscious decision to choose a healthier lifestyle and to realign, revitalize and grow.
